Extra viewings prior to settlement were always accommodated at times that were convenient to me. They helped me understand the area and its culture ( it is a relatively new area for me).As the property had more land than I had originally wished for, they arranged for me to meet with interested parties to achieve an acceptable sub-lease arrangement.
